Andi F. Simangunsong
Andi is well known for his extensive experience in litigation practice. He has been named in the A-List Category Indonesia's Top 100 Lawyers and ranked at Chambers and Partners in Asia Pacific for Dispute Resolution and Restructuring and Insolvency Categories. He spent more than seven years in one of Indonesia's most prestigious litigation law firms while he also dedicated his time serving as the Director of a prominent (pro bono) legal aid foundation. In more than twenty years of practice, Andi has handled numerous high-profile cases and disputes from all areas of litigation.

- Counsel to a Cayman company as the owner of yacht that was unlawfully seized by the Indonesia National Police Force on the request of US Federal Bureau of Investigation in Indonesian water territory marking one of the most global significant cases involving a USD 5.6 billion-dollar asset.
- Counsel to a Thailand state owned oil and gas company against USD 2 Billion lawsuit filed by the government of the Republic Indonesia in relation to an incident of oil spill in Australian territorial sea which spread into the Indonesian territory and accused of resulting environmental pollution in Indonesia.
- Counsel representing a company in a highly publicized shares dispute involving a television broadcast company against one of the daughters of a former President of Indonesia. This case stands out as one of the most closely examined disputes in the country.
- Administrator of an Indonesian mobile-phone retailer public company in its Suspension of Obligation for Payment of Debt case, with the total outstanding debt of more than USD 500 Million.
- Counsel to one of prestigious and largest mining public owned company in relation to the gold sale and purchase which claimed there is no delivery of such gold involving more than 1 Ton of Gold.
- Counsel to a notable telecommunication company in Indonesia relation to the corruption case regarding Base Transceiver Station Project owned by BAKTI (Badan Aksesibilitas Telekomunikasi dan Informasi), a Public Service Agency under the Ministry of Telecommunication and Information of Republic of Indonesia.
