Yoseph received her Bachelor of Laws in 2015 from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan Bandung and her Master of Law in 2024 from Universita Pelita Harapan. During his studies, Yoseph was actively involved in the Legal Aid Institute for 2 (two) years and serve as Head of Legal Aid Institute.

Yoseph joined AFS Partnership in 2016 and focuses on resolving legal disputes in the field of Commercial and Dispute Resolution. In almost 10 (ten) years of practicing law now, Yoseph has been handling many complex cases and disputes also high-profile cases in Indonesia in the field of business litigation. Yoseph Samuel specializes in commercial disputes, capital markets, intellectual property, Indonesian arbitration, international arbitration, and administrative law.
